The Start of Our First Home

While we were engaged, we not only were planning our wedding but, we had the exciting opportunity of buying our first home and flipping it.

They say you need vision when deciding to flip a house and boy did we need it with this one. Here are the before pictures…

The house was previously owned by an elderly couple and the man built it himself. He basically built the whole thing out of cinder blocks and it is partially underground. So as you can see, we needed some serious vision.
